My curiosity got me and I opened r/all.

The mlem app is working on swipe to upvote feature according to their github issues list.
I'm having apollo withdrawals as well! Lemmy feels so gross to use on mobile compared to apollo, I just want to cry at this point

It's a temporary issue due to the floods of new users. Some instances are handling orders of magnitude of higher traffic. It'll stabilize after a bit
