It starts getting rusty lol They used a stainless steel alloy or something

I don't think it's the stainless steel that's rusting. It's the iron particles that become airborne from roads and get stuck on the uncoated steel. Detailers call this "fallout"

If only there was some sort of coating that could be applied on bare metal to prevent this…
