NGL, it's a hard road, but the goal is totally attainable! I was hooked deep for over two decades, and I chose a longer, fuller life, instead. The key, for me at least, was disrupting/changing the personal patterns that promoted smoking (sleep cycle, social options, justifications, etc.), so hope that helps you on your journey! ๐ค
You're absolutely right! it takes very conscious disruptions and changes to a lot of things that just become normal life after so long. i feel better about being able to be successful this time. Though I have admittedly used my vaporizer on some nights when I'm feeling high stress, I still haven't touched a cigarette in months, and anxiety meds+the inhalers have been very helpful in reducing the amount I do have that vaporizer on hand. (i freaking love y'all, my dudes. this community is just top notch!)
