I don't usually ask guests for a clean-up fee, but what would be fair for 7 bins and a pick-up truck load because I ran out of bins? (imgur.com)

These guests were nice people, but I told them to do this BEFORE garbage collection and now we have no empty bins for the house for the rest of the week. I thought it was just boxes and pop cans, but the health hazards were very well hidden and the smell didn't hit until we moved things.

Holy crap! My parents were landlords for 20 years and I was for 6 years. In all that time I've only seen a rental that bad once after a long term tenant left.
