I'm gaming with an elecom thumb trackball that has many buttons. It has pros and cons. It's faster to move your thumb than your entire arm, but because one degree on screen is less movement on the trackball than a mouse, aiming needs more getting used to and is harder if your fingers are shaky. you can flick the ball to spin though ๐
