Have you checked ifixit for replacement parts? I just replaced the battery in my mx master 3 and it cost me like $20-30 and took 30ish minutes.
I could but I don't wanna risk spending the money when I don't know what's wrong with it. I did open it up to see if the battery was swollen or something but it wasn't.
The mouse also doesn't work when directly plugged into the computer, which also makes me think it might not be the battery.
