Why couldn't they get his wallet if he was handcuffed?
He’d lift his butt cheek to one side and when they walked over to the other side of the police car he’d switch sides. They were all giggling and finally he said, “I’ll tell you what, muchacho, you take these cuffs off and I’ll give you half my money.”
