I feel like punditry has been about that for a while now, but maybe it's taken another step up? Or maybe media coverage is just perpetuating it more.

They may have fair points but, it would be nice for change to just have a breakdown of the game. Sure, you can banter and muck about but, it's usually all about a controversially take or it's presented in a way to draw outrage like Neville's “blue billion-pound bottle jobs”. Sure, in a way he's right but, it's been presented in a way to draw ire and attention and I'm a little over listening or seeing Neville all the time.

The Rest Is Football is a great watch/listen. They don't do a deep analysis or breakdown of games but, they're insightful and honest. Definitely recommend.
