Flip the jar, hit the bottom with the side of your fist while holding it in the air, flip it again, open. Works on all commercially sold jars and 40% granny made ones.
That or knoif if desperate.
Aaaand I guess this is obvious but I lately noticed that some obvious stuff ain't so obvious so who knows, maybe I'll help someone.
