I like the app but everytime I wanna upvote or comment a post made through another instance the app won't let me unless I make an account for every instance. How do I get around this?

I've only had it crop up once, but it was on Lemmy.World post with my Lemmy.World login, so I just assumed it was a hiccup with the login server maybe thinking I wasn't actually signed in.
