Nobody is "redirecting" the blame. The government created the conditions that caused this. Happy and well cared for populations who have their needs met without oppression do not riot.

You are the one trying to misdirect. You are the one rolling out the greatest hits of hitler, reagan and thatcher. Trying to blame the individual and personal responsibility instead of the real source of the problem.
