it’s such a pain, every day is the same and i feel like i’m the only one. the trauma is real and there’s so many options to choose from I now have a mild migraine

Once when I was a little kid, I heard my mom singing a song to me. I thought she made it up just for me. I was astounded and amazed. Then I heard somebody else singing "you are my sunshine" years later and realized she was a very skillful composer when inspired by her love for me.

In a similar vein you can use a diet app to generate meals and meal plans. They typically let you add diet restrictions and likes/dislikes of ingredients. Then simply ignore the calorie/quantity aspect and cook whatever it says.
