Look out Missouri! Republicans are looking to kill your ability to pass your ballot measure before you get your Abortion rights on the ballot just like they tried (and failed) to do in Ohio!

Ohio voters successfully defeated the Republican attempt to make ballot measures harder.

Ohio voters successfully passed the ballot measure to make reproductive rights (including abortion) a State Constitution amendment which also negated the Republican "heartbeat" law banning abortion they passed in the legislature.
