I think this is the best for the club, the performance is abysmal, yes you can’t blame Xavi for Barca trainwreck but the result also tells the story.

As a Liverpool fan, I'd absolutely HATE for him to go to Real! Other than maybe one of the Manchester clubs, that's the absolute worst case scenario IMO.

Germany could be great, though, especially since it would (most of the year) be much less hectic than managing a major club that plays a million matches per season.
