I often hear, "You should never cheap out on a good office chair, shoes, underpants, backpack etc.." but what are some items that you would feel OK to cheap out on?

This can by anything from items such as: expensive clothing brands to general groceries.

Other items for food and groceries. Cheap produce (veggies and most fruit) and meat. Ive tried the expensive stuff, seen YouTube videos off the expensive stuff and there's barely any discernable difference. Non GMO, organic, and humane mean nothing. Those terms mean nothing because either the legal definition is too vague to matter or another term unnecessarily demonized (GMOs) and companies offer the "alternative".
