I don't think its that simple. Diversity is great and works great when the people in question are truly the best and the more qualified for the job, regardless of how they look. Then, indeed, they become a good asset for any organization. But when diversity means giving jobs out of a sense of pity, or to comply with artificial quotas, this reveals a lack of faith in their natural capabilities. This is nothing but well intending racism. Just let them compete fair and square, that way everybody's happy.
