This is a nice summation, but it gets dumber the more your read:

Sovereign citizens have their own pseudolegal belief system based on misinterpretations of common law and claim to not be subject to any government statutes, unless they consent to them.

tl;dr Buncha idiots who think the law doesn't apply to them because reasons.
