Ta. Nothing a bit of pampering won't fix! And honestly if you can swing it I thoroughly recommend having someone else make risotto for you, but if that's not possible I suppose making it yourself would be a decent backup plan ๐
Normally he would be but alas, couldn't get them today. Can confirm it was still lush though, I'm basically cured.
