An Apartheid where only certain people can vote is not a democracy.

Are you going to call Russia a democracy next? And the China? Honestly those are closer to democracies than israel since at least everyone there can vote for the same guy.

I'm not going to call it anything. Political science as a field calls Israel a democracy (because it is).
