Yes, someone in the 80s had the bright idea to have Paul Reubens do his Pee Wee character in a deadly serious ad about crack.

I have a very vague memory of watching it as a kid, but as a kid, you don't understand that Pee Wee isn't a real person, so it would make sense that Pee Wee would tell people not to do drugs. But looking back on it, it's weird as hell.
