I'm ignoring the rest of the conversation.

What country do the Houthi's have? Yemen calls them rebels, and that's where they live, isn't it? Is there some country called Houth that I'm unaware of?

They have none. They want Yemen. The are on the wrong side of a civil war there. They control territory in North Yemen.
