An active user on Lemmy is "someone who has posted or commented on our instance or community within the last given time frame.” Source. That means lurkers are not counted as active users. There are currently almost 200k total users spread across the top 10 non-bot lemmy instances.

I guess I should delete it.. I thought about leaving it down in my main row for a while (to torture myself?)

I know I'll keep clicking it out of habit, and be sad, then happy it's over. I found myself using it a lot less the last few years. No one uses their brains any more, yet they act like they have some moral, and intellectual, high ground because they all think the same.
