Frozen vegetables are just fine. They are inexpensive and don't spoil.
Sorry, when I was talking about buying fresh stuff instead of "frozen garbage" I wasn't talking about frozen vegetables. I meant TV dinners and hot pockets and shit lol. I love me some frozen broccoli! You can bulk anything up with a cheap bag of the right veggies.
Frozen veggies are an absolute godsend lol. My schedule is very tight some days so I often will just grab a pack of mixed veg from my freezer and fry them up to have along with a quick protein. Or simply toss them in the steamer if I’m making rice
