I just tried this WeWef web app and it’s pretty much identical to Apollo, in case anyone is looking for a lemmy equivalent.

This has been working amazingly! Smooth, user friendly, and you can add the app to you Home Screen by “sharing” the web page then tapping add to Home Screen.
