Such a tasty dish, that always looks unappetizing.
Yep. The recipe I followed said to blanch the spinach first in order to preserve the vibrant green color. I wonder if I would've been better off letting it darken instead.
This is the recipe i use the most.
It's one of my favorite dishes and looks like when I melted my Gumby when I was a kid
I feel like if it was put in a cup/bowl/rammakin (sp) displayed as a dipping sauce it would make the plating so much better. Cause this looks just.... Gross. Like the ugly delicious show.
