last week was sharing, this week the theme is caring. Has someone been helping you or someone close out? Have you been helping anyone? We all need some help, so let's celebrate those people that help us out

There are so many people around me, struggling with their mental health, so I do what I can to be a good listener and offer any help and support! But those people in turn are always there for me too.

I had a really bad time a year and a half ago but it wasn't something I shared with everyone. My OH was always there though, listening to me, helping with things, cheering me up, giving me a cuddle when I needed it. My friends dropped down a wee care package with some treats...sweets, puzzle books, face masks and chocolate. My dad would listen to me. I'm lucky!!
