Surprised me as well. I love the concept, but the rubber-banding AI were so brutal that I gave up (and I'm someone who generally plays with Forza Horizon AI on Expert or better).

Like, one mistake is all it takes, especially since the AI seem to not follow the same physics rules as you do.

I'll still give it another shot though, I love the whole "condensed US map" thing it has going for it.

rubber-banding AI

This is the reason I gave up on most racing games. Racing was never my thing to start and the AI always coming back no matter my lead is a pain.
