I'm about to study for two IT certifications and I find it hard to study on my own. What are some practices and techniques you guys use?

I've heard a lot of people benefit from "body doubling": a YouTube video where another person is also doing the thing you need to do. Like studying or cleaning.

Should pop up if you search for "body doubling study" or something.
