♦ Rules ♦

1. Stay Civil

This is a place for friendly discussion, memes, guides, art, gameplay questions, screenshots and the like. Discrimination and harrassment won't be tolerated.

2. Offtopic Posts

Anything not related to CotL, like politics, real-world news etc. is better suited elsewhere and will be removed. The same goes for NSFW material.

3. Don't argue about religion

Cult of the Lamb is a game with religious elements that might rub people the wrong way, but please keep in mind that it is just a game. Playing CotL does not turn the player into a cultist, just like standing in a garage doesn't turn people into cars.

4. No Advertisements

It is okay to post about merchandise, but links to those "design your own merch" sites will be removed, as those are almost always scams featuring stolen art. Affliate links will be removed as well. This isn't Etsy.

5. Provide Sources

If you're going to post art, comics, guides, screenshots etc. that are not your own OC, please mention the name of the original creator and ideally also a link to their portfolio/website. (Pinterest is almost never the original source)

6. Suggestions are Welcome!

Feedback, requests for improvements and constructive criticism are always appreciated ;)

During the Halloween season, there was a special event called the Blood Moon Festival offering new follower forms, a new ritual and deco items for free. Technically this event is over and "unobtaineable" until next October, when Devolver Digital might repeat it.

However, you can also just go to your Switch settings and temporarily set the console date to a day between 24th Oct to 10th Nov 2022 which will make the event availiable, provided you're on the most recent update. The same tactic might work on other consoles and on PC, but personally I have only tested the Switch version so I only know that this one is accurate.

Don't forget to change the internal clock back to the original date and time after activating the event, otherwise it might affect other games on the console (like making Resetti yell at you in Animal Crossing for tampering with the clock, or removing otherwise availiable Pokémon in the Wild Area in Pokémon Sword/Shield). Going back to the normal time and date will not delete the follower forms and items you have obtained "during the event" so you won't lose anything ;)

Is this only switch or does it work on other platforms?

I’ll try it on PC and edit this comment when I remember to
