Is your tip still open? When we had bin strikes last year they closed the tips too.

Yup, they're opening up earlier at the weekend to compensate. Presumably I could tip out my garden rubbish onto the road and someone would have to take it away? ~obviously~ ~I~ ~wouldn't~ ~flytip~
