There is no ethical consumption under capitalism.

That is to say, don't guilt trip yourself so hard and consume what you need to thrive as best you can while advocating for the change that would ACTUALLY help the planet like huge taxes on excessive wealth, corporate carbon taxes, actual enforcement of regulation, etc.
