Mental health question kinda (self.scotland)

Over the last year or so i have done through a huge mental health journey. Probably similar to other that's my age. I have no one in real life to battle through this blocks. Is this somewhere I could post my journey in the hops to both get a place to vent and perhaps help others in my boat?

For sure, how about we make January mental health month in !Scotland and encourage all to share. Mine has been shattered by the arrival of children

How about

week 1: sharing - we all could benefit from talking

week 2: caring - I'm sure we all know someone that is struggling and have helped in some way, and we should recognise those efforts too

week 3: hoping - for wishful thinking, or things that are missing in our society

week 4: coping - what actually helps you? What can we recommend?

Threads on a Monday? Try to do something for a charity perhaps too? Though trickier online
