Forget the employee is a human - treat him just like a machine in a factory.

I'm not trying to minimize the gross de-personalization used against farm animals to justify their abuse, just pointing out that it is not far fetched to assume they do exactly the same to their human counterparts.

You know why they are so easily able to do it to animals? Because they don't even view their fellow humans as worthy of human rights.
