Google is laying off employees at Waze. The company is moving Waze over to Google’s ads system, and that change will mean job cuts at Waze. Google folded Waze into its Geo group in December.

Damnit, why did you have to remind me about Google Plus.

Crap, and now I feel old remembering life before Google, and watching the rise/fall of so many google products.

Anyone else remember Infoseek? Where you could search within results to refine your search? Ah those were the days

I have a feeling we'll have the same nostalgic feelings about ChatGPT in the future - "Remember when AI was simple and didn't require an hourly subscription for advice on [XYZ topic]"
