I was thinking "Howdy tooth man" and a little tooth wearing a cowboy hat or the word "No" for a more literal meaning to the idiom "Read my lips"

To be clear I'm not actually going to get a tattoo on the inside of my lip this is just a shower thought.

A nurse at work had “CA$H MONEY” tattooed inside her lip. Sounded like the result of a drunken dare/bet.
