Edit: Zyloh responded on spectrum about some of this info (about 2 hours ago). Take it with a grain of salt as some of the notes here can be inaccurate. Update from Zyloh, ToW isn't officially dead:

So as they work on ToW, they are bringing some of it's features into regular Arena Commander? Even though ToW itself may take a year to release.
