The Wagner mutiny is going to have some serious and long lasting effects not just on the war in Ukraine but also in the Russian political scene. It exposed significant weaknesses in the security of Russia itself as well as confidence in Putin. It is worrisome coming at a time where Putin, already feeling terribly insecure, is already moving tactical nukes into position for strikes into Ukraine.
