Tesla has finally responded to the California Department of Motor Vehicles allegations that it misrepresented Autopilot's capabilities, arguing that it's free to do so under the US Constitution.

We can lie to you because it’s not technically illegal. Fuck Tesla, Fuck Elon Musk.
