Since autism in females presents differently, we need a place to discuss our own issues and triumphs dealing with Autism.

Learning languages! I’ve dabbled in many, gotten proficient in a few, and fluent in one so far.

I used to like public policy and poverty reduction, but it’s much harder for mental health - so I’m trying to focus on other interest.

It opens up you mind unlike almost anything else and feels like a superpower once you start to get a grasp of a new language.

I want to learn other languages so much! But for some reason my brain always goes No thanks when I try. I like learning, and I learn other stuff, it just doesn't want languages.

To be fair, I can see exactly what my brain would do with a second language and that is use it to torment me.
