Which of the new weapons are you using.

Last season i didn't use the new ones much. Now i have a pain brush and undercover brella. Tgevpain brushvis my current favorite and this new kit is better. Im still trying different equipment to balance specail and ink consumption.

I'm loving the new undercover brella and snipewriter kits. (For context, I'm S+3 and 5-starred both of the original kits). Here's my review:

The undercover brella is one of my favorite lil shit weapons. It's such an asshole weapon. It's great support and can slaughter if you catch the other team off guard, but its damage output is shit so you need to be tactical and have a secondary source of damage.

The new kit is great. The new special is awesome for defense/support, borderline OP in some cases, but not outright so (the original reefslider was basically a suicide button). The torpedo fills the same niche as the mines when attacking - that is providing a distraction and secondary damage source. I recommend a ninja kit focused on sub ink saver and ink recovery. It plays similar to the original one, but with a better special.

The OG sniperwriter kit was controversial because they put the most useless sub and a frontline special on a backline weapon. But with practice it kinda works together to fill a midline sniper role. It absolutely demolishes other snipers and hydras. Grab special gauge up, use cover to reload, and be mobile.

The new snipewriter kit is pretty neat. Splashwall lets you drop cover anywhere , making it an even better antisniper. It also makes escapes easier. However, it eats up a lot of your ink, so don't rely on keeping it for yourself. It's best used to give teammates cover and to block paths (drop it in front of the rainmaker pedestals for lols).

I don't need to say anything about ink storm. It's a fantastic special. My favorite combo is to drop splashwall, throw ink storm, and go to town with your main weapon. You just need one hit per person, the ink storm will finish them off. I can reliably get 1-3 kills this way.

Hmm i went with ink saver sub on the undercover, makes it more spamable.
