This was asked many times and never got considered to distribute monero code:
  • Releasing .torrent files with known public trackers for clearnet and I2P.
This will consume less bandwith (even optimizing delivery if people around you are seeding) and still preventing against unavailability of files due to a disruption of the site.
"But with torrents people need to use VPNs or they are tracked" that's why I2P supports torrenting.

I2P is a p2p encrypted network, you run a node that becomes part of the network then you can access the sites there.

Thanks, i installed it on Android via F-Droid Store. Unfortunately it does not have get-monero.i2p in the Adressbook. I tried to add it but I need a "B64" for it.

How is it supposed to work?

You can try this link, it is called an address helper link and it should prompt you to add the URL to your address book
