We need .torrent releases for binary files (monero.im)

This was asked many times and never got considered to distribute monero code:
  • Releasing .torrent files with known public trackers for clearnet and I2P.
This will consume less bandwith (even optimizing delivery if people around you are seeding) and still preventing against unavailability of files due to a disruption of the site.
"But with torrents people need to use VPNs or they are tracked" that's why I2P supports torrenting.

I know, but that's not listed on the "official" site and it should be
