? What to you have to sign up for? miro.medium.com seems to be the offending nonsense, block it at the DNS level and you're there. That said, it's a bit meh, 'elon spat the dummy (again) yaccarino is tonguing some taints to build morale for the souless and try to win back some advertisers'.
