I was in the process of playing Persona 5 Royal on PC, and then Tears of the Kingdom launched.
I'm just slightly north of 100 hours of playtime in Tears, but once I finish this game I'll work on Persona 5 again.
So far, I love Persona 5. It's an interesting game, has my attention, and is my first entry into the Persona series. Some of the story beats are a bit weak in this game, but I appreciated the opening and the first main quest. I'm on a slightly weaker plotline at this point, so I'm curious to see where the rest of the game takes me. After I finish it, I'll sit down and have my post-mortem to reflect on this game and see if it'll be a top tier in my book, and if I'll explore the other games in the series next.
However, I have a backlog of Tales Of games to play, plus Trails Of (which seems to have caught my attention, too, but never played).
