No cinnamon, or overly spicy, chocolate drinks (did I just rule out everything?) :/

I kinda like that Laura Secord White hot choc but its very sugary. I wish there was a "dry" white hot chocolate that is low(er) in sugar

White chocolate has no cocoa powder it is just cocoa butter, sugar, and milk. You could try just heating cocoa butter and milk, and adding whatever small amount of sugar you wish. You might want to add a bit of vanilla at the end, if you heat vanilla for too long the flavor is mostly lost.

Ya, never thought of that. Would probably only use a few squares to keep the sugar down :)
