Oh god, it's me.

I wrote a long post on Nextdoor about how to repair your air conditioner cheaply and easily. That one got a lot of attention and engagement. "Yeah, don't wanna brag, but I'm the AC guy."

And the last line in that article got me belly laughing!

EDIT: Just posted the article on Nextdoor. I'll be famous again!
