In other words, if they were combined into one synthetic human body, how far apart would the clitoral and anal G-spots be, or would they be relatively close to one another?

The G-spot is more related to the urethral canal and bladder. It has nothing to do with the clitoris, or the prostate of men, which can be reached anally. That's also why stimulating it properly causes women to eventually squirt.
