The only "high-ground" in this are the piles of bones on top of which both sides are, and whilst Israel definitelly has a bigger pile (though given the much larger proportion of child corpses in their bone pile, it's probably not as tall as one would expect), had Hamas had the same means and "unwavering support" from the likes of Germany, the UK and the US as Israel it too would have a much higher pile.

Also as others have pointed out, it's an IDF site, not a Hamas site, as it's an israeli company that owns the "hamas.com" domain name, so if it's a statement from anybody, it's from IDF.
