This one is really good, I remember finding it during a covid thing. Works really well with this other deep dive into the Deep Blue chess computer that beat Kasparov back in the 90s:

The two documentaries together paint a really neat picture for the development of game-playing AIs over the years.

Then finish with some stuff on Starcraft 2 pros talking about playing against AlphaStar. No amazing documentaries on that that I know of yet (hint, hint) but there's commentators watching confirmed matches and giving that professional-tier breakdown of what you're actually looking at.
