This is so annoying. Even if the initial report was nonpartisan, this chair's actions have completely undermined the report's legitimacy. What a waste of tax payer funds. The fact that he sent the email from a personal email address doesn't absolve his actions.

Well considering that Preston wrote a fictional report describing his findings before he was appointed to the panel, I don't think we have to worry much about undermining any legitimacy this report might have had.

Might as well worry about tarnishing the solid scientific background behind homeopathy.
